Leasing allows you to enjoy a beautiful holiday display without the responsibility of

purchasing, storing, or maintaining decorations.

Yes. If your organization already owns professional grade holiday decorations, our

experienced installation crews can professionally install, maintain, and remove your

existing décor.

We can also recommend enhancements to refresh your display and maximize your

investment.

Absolutely.

Our maintenance service is included with leased displays. If lights stop working or

decorations require attention during the holiday season, our team will respond promptly to

keep your display looking its best.

The earlier, the better.

Many of our commercial clients begin planning in the spring or early summer. Booking early

allows for the best selection of décor, custom manufacturing (if needed), and preferred

installation dates.

We recommend contacting us several months before your desired installation timeframe.

Most commercial installations begin in October and continue through November,

depending on the project schedule and customer preferences.

We work closely with each client to develop an installation schedule that minimizes

disruption to daily operations.

Holiday décor is typically removed in January, although removal schedules can be 

customized to meet your needs.

After removal, we carefully inspect, package, and store the décor until the following

season.

To minimize disruption for employees, customers, patients, and visitors, we frequently

perform installations during evenings, overnight hours, weekends, or other designated

timeframes when requested.
